What this site collects, why, who processes it, and how to have it corrected or removed.
Information you send us
The audit form collects your name, work email, company, website, industry and any questions you type into the form. That is the only information this site asks for, and it is sent to us by email so we can prepare the audit and reply.
This site does not create an account, does not set advertising cookies, and does not store your submission in a database. The form sends an email and returns a confirmation.
What it is used for
- To prepare and send the AI search visibility audit you asked for.
- To reply to you about that request.
- To keep a record of the enquiry for our own records.
Services that handle the data
The site is hosted on Vercel and the enquiry email is delivered through Resend. Both are processors acting on our instructions. Web analytics is only active if a measurement ID is configured, and it is off in the default build.
Google Analytics is used for aggregate traffic reporting when a measurement ID is configured, and it is off in the default build. Neither service is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.
Access, correction and removal
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. If you would prefer not to use the form, you do not have to: email us and the audit request works the same way.
Requests go through the audit form on this site until a dedicated email address is published.
If you believe your information has been handled incorrectly, contact us first. If the matter is not resolved, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
